My client is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to join their expanding business.

You will idealy have experience within the flexible office space industry however building management experience is key for this role.

Duties include:

  • Supervising general reception duties including telephone answering.
  • Monitoring liaison with clients regarding their service requirements, and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Regular building audits to make sure the upkeep and appearance of the Business Centre doesn’t fail.
  • Assisting the Area Manager to ensure the effective running of the Business Centre.
  • Ensuring any client questions/problems are dealt with quickly and effectively
  • Promoting a friendly and professional relationship with clients and prospects
  • Managing process of renewing Client's agreements
  • Managing own workload and delegating administrative/secretarial duties where appropriate
  • Managing the billing process and overall responsibility for all invoices and credit notes
  • Overall responsibility for credit control and ensuring monies owed to the business centre are collected on time
  • Management of Centre’s IT, telephone and internet systems
  • Liaising with landlord as required
  • Social media monitoring

This is a full-time Monday to Friday role in the office, no hybrid working.
