We are seeking an Administrator to act as the initial point of contact for all visitors, students, and staff entering the school office. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment and providing efficient administrative and information services in support of teaching and operations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for in-person, telephone, and email enquiries, offering helpful and accurate information or directing queries appropriately.
  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff as they arrive at the school office, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
  • Provide clear and accurate responses to general queries, referring more complex matters to appropriate colleagues.
  • Maintain a professional and approachable presence at the front of the office.
  • Ensure the public-facing areas of the school office are tidy, well-organised, and stocked with current materials and resources.
  • Take responsibility for specific administrative tasks or projects as directed, operating within defined parameters.
  • Support room bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Place orders for supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
