We are looking for a Sous Chef with real attention to detail and a passion for great produce. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and professional kitchen, where creativity and input are encouraged.
You'll be working alongside the Head Chef to produce consistent, high-quality dishes, maintain excellent standards of hygiene, and manage kitchen operations efficiently. Mentoring junior chefs, minimising waste, and upholding provenance, seasonality, and ethics in our produce will all be part of your role.
