The Ginger Fox restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standard, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

We offer an hourly wage of £11.44, plus tips via tronc between £5000-£8000, and an average of 40-50 hours per week. Responsibilities/requirements

Preparing and cooking food to the highest standard

Maintaining and managing prep levels

Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained

Assisting with menu planning and development

Following recipes and presentation guidelines accurately

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar kitchen environment

Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a variety of cuisines

Experience in managing and training junior chefs and kitchen assistants

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work well under pressure

Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
