Are you looking to join a dynamic team as a Business Development Executive, where you will be instrumental in increasing sales of premium products within your defined territory. Day-to-day duties of the role:- Visit grocery multiples within your territory, focusing on stock management, shelf management, promotional compliance, and relationship management.
- Ensure all promotional activity within accounts in your territory is correct, including the placement and quality of POS materials.
- Achieve added value targets and ensure promotional and planogram compliance as agreed by the national account team.
- Ensure that all stores comply with centrally agreed planograms.
- Compile and work to journey plans according to appropriate call sequences.
- Manage field sales administration tasks.
- Deliver outstanding premium visibility in-store through relationship building and influencing in-store contacts/management.
- Experience in a customer-facing role. Someone with a retail background would be beneficial.
- Ability to build solid customer relationships.
- Outgoing, confident personality.
- Demonstrated drive for results and ambition.
- Proactive in personal development.
- Good numerical and written skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
