Are you looking to join a dynamic team as a Business Development Executive, where you will be instrumental in increasing sales of premium products within your defined territory. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and relationship management, looking to make a significant impact in the retail sector. 

Day-to-day duties of the role:
  • Visit grocery multiples within your territory, focusing on stock management, shelf management, promotional compliance, and relationship management.
  • Ensure all promotional activity within accounts in your territory is correct, including the placement and quality of POS materials.
  • Achieve added value targets and ensure promotional and planogram compliance as agreed by the national account team.
  • Ensure that all stores comply with centrally agreed planograms.
  • Compile and work to journey plans according to appropriate call sequences.
  • Manage field sales administration tasks.
  • Deliver outstanding premium visibility in-store through relationship building and influencing in-store contacts/management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role. Someone with a retail background would be beneficial.
  • Ability to build solid customer relationships.
  • Outgoing, confident personality.
  • Demonstrated drive for results and ambition.
  • Proactive in personal development.
  • Good numerical and written skills.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
