Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of care home operations, including clinical standards, compliance, and team leadership

- Maintain and exceed regulatory standards (CQC, PAMMS)
- Build strong partnerships with families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
- Lead audits, documentation, and quality assurance with precision
