- Manage and review Accounts for a portfolio of growing businesses.
- Oversee the preparation of statutory Accounts, management Accounts, and tax returns.
- Provide expert advice on Accounts and financial matters to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of Accounts and meet client deadlines.
- Attend client meetings in person and via video link to discuss Accounts performance.
- Assist with raising fee notes and managing work-in-progress related to Accounts.
- Support one-off financial and project-based assignments.
- Motivate, train, and develop Trainees, Seniors, and other Accounts team members.
- Attend networking events and new client meetings with Fee Earners.
- ACCA or ACA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in an Accounts or Finance practice.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based Accounts software and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills.
- Proven experience in developing and mentoring Accounts staff.
- Organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Line management experience in an Accounts environment is desirable.
