- Manage a portfolio of growing businesses, review assignments, and provide client advice.
- Ensure timely achievement of client deadlines.
- Attend client meetings in person and via video link.
- Assist with raising fee notes and managing work-in-progress.
- Support in one-off project-based assignments.
- Motivate, train, and develop Trainees, Seniors, and other colleagues.
- Attend networking events and new client meetings with Fee Earners.
- ACCA or ACA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in an accountancy practice.
- Knowledge of various software packages, including cloud-based solutions.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Experience in developing team members.
- Organised, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Some line management experience is desirable.
