Reed Finance are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our globally recognised client, leading a team of business partners to deliver strategic planning and delivery across a large, highly complex organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and oversee a team of Finance Business Partners to provide top-tier financial business partnering support.
- Support the development of strategic and operational financial plans, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring value for money and resource maximisation.
- Recognise and address any issues, assisting senior managers in developing financial strategies and plans, providing oversight of their delivery.
- Ensure the effective flow of management information, including analysis and evaluation.
- Lead on project-based accounting.
- Provide guidance on financial policy, regulations, and procedures, and engage in stakeholder consultation and negotiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
- Proven experience in a similar role, within a large, complex organization.
- Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing a team.
- Excellent financial and business acumen with the ability to formulate and implement strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
