Reed Finance are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our globally recognised client, leading a team of business partners to deliver strategic planning and delivery across a large, highly complex organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and oversee a team of Finance Business Partners to provide top-tier financial business partnering support.
  • Support the development of strategic and operational financial plans, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring value for money and resource maximisation.
  • Recognise and address any issues, assisting senior managers in developing financial strategies and plans, providing oversight of their delivery.
  • Ensure the effective flow of management information, including analysis and evaluation.
  • Lead on project-based accounting.
  • Provide guidance on financial policy, regulations, and procedures, and engage in stakeholder consultation and negotiation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, within a large, complex organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing a team.
  • Excellent financial and business acumen with the ability to formulate and implement strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
