Salary: 7.55 per hour (dependent on age and experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing and curious learning environment, where you'll work as part of a dedicated team to support the nursery's growth into a truly fascinating setting. While gaining hands-on experience, you'll also study towards a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
Your new role
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of fun, engaging activities
- Supporting children's emotional and physical development
- Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing and recording children's progress
- Contributing to a nurturing atmosphere that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Studying to obtain your Level 3 Childcare qualification
What you'll need to succeed
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Experience with children aged 0-5 years preferred but not essential.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and engagement skills with children, families, and colleagues
- No formal qualifications required - just a commitment to learning and growing
