Rate: 37.00 per hour (standard approved rate)
Are you an experienced Family Court Advisor (FCA) looking for a rewarding opportunity in Public Law? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Brighton team, working on cases post-first hearing to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
This is a fantastic chance to work with CAFCASS Brighton, applying your expertise in safeguarding, risk assessment, and court reporting within a supportive environment.
Key Requirements
- Registered with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS check
- 5 years' reference history
- Valid passport, driving licence, and qualification certificates
- Strong knowledge of Public Law proceedings and ability to manage complex cases
