You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture within our client's business, supporting operational excellence, and driving people-focused initiatives. You’ll lead on employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and HR compliance — all within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
- Lead on recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Manage employee relations cases with professionalism and care
- Support organisational change and workforce development
- Ensure HR policies and practices align with legal and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD-qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in HR leadership, ideally within public service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex situations with discretion and empathy
