The ideal candidate will have concept to completion project delivery skills, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical excellence. This is a permanent role on a hybrid basis based in Falmer.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee technical delivery of water and wastewater projects from concept to completion.
- Lead and develop engineering teams to ensure quality outcomes.
- Provide expertise on process design, technology selection, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and project objectives.
- Review and approve key technical documentation.
Key Requirements
- Degree in a related field.
- Strong experience in water/wastewater treatment, particularly design and delivery.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
- Solid knowledge of UK water industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) preferred.
