The ideal candidate will have concept to completion project delivery skills, with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical excellence. This is a permanent role on a hybrid basis based in Falmer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical delivery of water and wastewater projects from concept to completion.
  • Lead and develop engineering teams to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Provide expertise on process design, technology selection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and project objectives.
  • Review and approve key technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in a related field.
  • Strong experience in water/wastewater treatment, particularly design and delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
  • Solid knowledge of UK water industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) preferred.
