Practice Administrator – Accountancy Firm | Shoreham | Up to £30,000

The Opportunity:

As a Practice Administrator, you will be an integral part of the business support function. Working under the guidance of the Administration Manager and alongside a knowledgeable team of administrators, you’ll ensure that day-to-day processes run smoothly and professionally. Your role will involve:

  • Supporting client onboarding – managing compliance checks such as AML and KYC to a high standard

  • Handling company secretarial duties – including Companies House filings and maintaining statutory documentation

  • Carrying out daily administrative tasks – such as sorting post, managing digital and physical records, and handling general enquiries

  • Providing secretarial support – helping the wider team with diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation

  • Maintaining the office environment – overseeing supplies, ensuring systems are updated, and supporting a productive workspace

Your Profile:

This position would suit someone who:

  • Brings a methodical and efficient approach to administrative work

  • Has previous experience in a professional services environment (accountancy or legal background is beneficial but not essential)

  • Understands or is eager to learn about AML regulations and Companies House procedures

  • Is comfortable working with a range of office systems and software

  • Communicates professionally and enjoys being part of a collaborative team
