This pivotal role ensures the smooth functioning of the office, supporting staff, students, and parents while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the school office, ensuring an efficient administrative service.
  • Supervise office staff, delegating tasks and providing leadership.
  • Oversee admissions, attendance, and data management systems.
  • Maintain and update school records, including staff and student information.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general communication with parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Manage financial administration, including budgets, invoices, and procurement.
