The RoleWe are seeking a charismatic, hands-on leader to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Restaurant & Bar Manager will:
Lead service from the front, inspiring and mentoring the FOH team.
Ensure consistent, detail-driven service with warmth and precision.
Build strong relationships with VIP and repeat guests.
Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, stock control and rota planning.
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure harmony between food and service.
Develop the wine offering, particularly fine and English wines.
Drive both guest satisfaction and profitability.
Must be willing to relocate to the South Coast of England.
Proven experience in a senior FOH role within fine dining or premium restaurants.
Strong knowledge and passion for food and wine (English wine interest a plus).
A natural host with excellent communication skills and a calm, inspiring leadership style.
Highly organised with strong financial and operational acumen.
Tech proficient, confident with booking and POS systems.
