Relocation opportunity to join a luxury hospitality group as the Restaurant & Bar Manager and lead their flagship restaurant overseen by a Michelin starred chef. Up to £52,000.


Smyth & Co are delighted to be partnering with a luxury hospitality group to recruit a Restaurant & Bar Manager for their flagship restaurant, led by a renowned Executive Chef with Michelin-starred pedigree. Since opening earlier this year, the venue has become one of the most talked-about dining destinations in the UK, attracting critical acclaim and a loyal following.

The Role

We are seeking a charismatic, hands-on leader to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The Restaurant & Bar Manager will:

  • Lead service from the front, inspiring and mentoring the FOH team.

  • Ensure consistent, detail-driven service with warmth and precision.

  • Build strong relationships with VIP and repeat guests.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, compliance, stock control and rota planning.

  • Work closely with the kitchen to ensure harmony between food and service.

  • Develop the wine offering, particularly fine and English wines.

  • Drive both guest satisfaction and profitability.

The Candidate
  • Must be willing to relocate to the South Coast of England.

  • Proven experience in a senior FOH role within fine dining or premium restaurants.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for food and wine (English wine interest a plus).

  • A natural host with excellent communication skills and a calm, inspiring leadership style.

  • Highly organised with strong financial and operational acumen.

  • Tech proficient, confident with booking and POS systems.

  • £48,000 £52,000
