Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior

Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE) + Study Support

Are you looking for a role that blends audit and accounts work, with the opportunity to specialise in audit as your career progresses?  This growing accountancy firm is looking to expand their team with a part-qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA accountant who enjoys the variety of a mixed role and wants to grow with a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll start with a 50/50 split between audit and accounts, working across a varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses.  As the firm’s audit client base continues to grow, this role will naturally transition into a predominantly audit-focused position.

  • Preparing year-end statutory accounts
  • Assisting with and leading audits (on-site and remote)
  • Preparing corporation tax returns
  • Supporting and liaising with clients on queries and issues
  • Working closely with managers and partners to deliver quality work on time
