Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE) + Study Support

Are you looking for a role that blends audit and accounts work, with the opportunity to specialise in audit as your career progresses? Â This growing accountancy firm is looking to expand their team with a part-qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA accountant who enjoys the variety of a mixed role and wants to grow with a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll start with a 50/50 split between audit and accounts, working across a varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses.  As the firm’s audit client base continues to grow, this role will naturally transition into a predominantly audit-focused position.
- Preparing year-end statutory accounts
- Assisting with and leading audits (on-site and remote)
- Preparing corporation tax returns
- Supporting and liaising with clients on queries and issues
- Working closely with managers and partners to deliver quality work on time
What my client is looking for
- Part-qualified (late-stage) or newly qualified ACA or ACCA
- Experience in both audit and accounts preparation within practice
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player who enjoys variety and client interaction
- Keen to develop your audit skills as part of a growing, ambitious firm
