Role responsibilities
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of audit assignments from start to finish
- Preparing audit fieldwork, documentation and reports in line with professional standards
- Working on statutory accounts preparation and supporting year-end reviews
- Liaising with clients during audits and ensuring queries are resolved efficiently
- Supporting the audit team on charity and not-for-profit assignments (experience desirable but not essential)
- Collaborating with senior team members to deliver timely and accurate outputs
- Developing your knowledge of audit procedures and contributing to continuous improvement

Candidate requirements
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA, fully qualified, AAT qualified or qualified by experience
- Previous experience working within audit in a UK accountancy practice
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive client relationships
- A proactive approach to learning and supporting team goals
- Experience in charity audits is an advantage but not essential
