Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a high-growth organisation, as they look to bring an experienced and forward-thinking Financial Controller into their senior leadership team.

Based in the South West and with exciting expansion plans over the next 2-5 years, this is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to shape the financial function of a fast-paced and rapidly scaling business.

The RoleThis newly created position will report directly to the Director and be responsible for a broad range of strategic and operational finance activities. You’ll play a critical role in driving business performance, providing financial insight, and ensuring a robust framework is in place to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day financial operations across the business

  • Deliver insight and analysis to support key business decisions

  • Own the financial planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting

  • Oversee cashflow and working capital management with clear, proactive forecasting

  • Enhance and automate back-office processes and controls

  • Experience working in both smaller and larger businesses

  • Someone confident in producing MI and financial models for decision support

  • A strong communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels

  • Resilience in a fast-moving environment with evolving structure

Experience Required

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist level)

  • Previous experience in a similar Financial Controller or Senior Finance role

  • Full driving licence and access to a car due to office location
