I'm looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support a busy finance credit control team with tasks including payment reconciliation, invoice processing, and account maintenance. Description

  • Support the finance credit control team with daily financial operations
  • Reconcile incoming payments and monitor unpaid fees
  • Raise and issue various types of invoices and credit schedules
  • Maintain and update internal account systems and CRM
  • Assist with direct debit setup and monitoring
  • Handle client communications and respond to queries professionally
  • Support other teams within the accounts department as needed
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Job Offer

  • Hybrid working: 1 day in the office, 4 days working from home (after training)
