About the Role:As a Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting lawyers and Partners with the smooth running of client matters in the fast-paced telecoms sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with matter opening, file management, and document coordination
- Supporting billing processes and financial tracking for the team
- Liaising with internal departments, external counsel, and clients
- Helping manage key dates, deadlines, and project milestones
- Circulating data for weekly client progress reports.
- Assisting with generating purchase order number requests:Â updating relevant platforms with purchase order number information.
- Monitoring team inboxes,especially when team members are on leave.
- Arranging team meetings and booking meeting rooms for internal and client meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post,requesting and collating hard copies, saving them to the system, and managing distribution.
About You:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience within a busy administration/coordinator role.
- A confident communicator and team player
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
