Element Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Admin Coordinator for a leading Law Firm on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support a busy, high-performing practice.

£24,000 per year

About the Role:As a Admin Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting lawyers and Partners with the smooth running of client matters in the fast-paced telecoms sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with matter opening, file management, and document coordination
  • Supporting billing processes and financial tracking for the team
  • Liaising with internal departments, external counsel, and clients
  • Helping manage key dates, deadlines, and project milestones
  • Circulating data for weekly client progress reports.
  • Assisting with generating purchase order number requests: updating relevant platforms with purchase order number information.
  • Monitoring team inboxes,especially when team members are on leave.
  • Arranging team meetings and booking meeting rooms for internal and client meetings.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post,requesting and collating hard copies, saving them to the system, and managing distribution.

About You:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a busy administration/coordinator role.
  • A confident communicator and team player
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
