Administrator - Financial Services Provider - £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience - Bristol

We are seeking a professional, proactive individual to join our team in a key administrative support role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive office environment, delivering high standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact via telephone
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Accurately process payment instructions and checklists
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation
  • Register and manage trust details on the appropriate system
  • Verify client identification and support compliance processes
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:
