Administrator - Financial Services Provider - £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience - Bristol
We are seeking a professional, proactive individual to join our team in a key administrative support role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a supportive office environment, delivering high standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact via telephone
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Accurately process payment instructions and checklists
- Maintain and update client records and documentation
- Register and manage trust details on the appropriate system
- Verify client identification and support compliance processes
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and capable of working under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Location:Based in Bristol, Some home working may be available once fully trained.
