Are you an experienced administrator with excellent analytical skills? Are you passionate about operations coordination and customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's administration team. Based in Yate, this is a permanent position offering £30,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.

As the Consumables Operations Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing sales and purchasing information, communicating with suppliers and customers, and contributing to the financial success of the company.

Consumables Operations Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, create quotations, and manage customer queries
  • Maintain and analyze sales data to forecast future sales and report to senior managers
  • Communicate with suppliers to place purchase orders and arrange importation of products
  • Use SAGE for order processing, invoicing, and running stock reports
  • Support account managers with sales information and administrative tasks

Consumables Operations Co-ordinator Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an office administration role
  • Excellent mathematical skills and error-free written communication
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook (SAGE experience advantageous but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload

Consumables Operations Co-ordinator Benefits:

This position offers an amazing opportunity to join an established team where you'll have variety in your role and scope for progression within the company. You'll be part of a 12-person administration team plus the Stores team, working in a supportive environment.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am- 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Yate with free onsite parking. Office-based during induction and training. After training, Tuesday-Thursday are mandatory office days with Monday and Friday optional work from home.
