Based in Yate, this is a permanent position offering £30,000 - £32,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience.
As the Consumables Operations Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing sales and purchasing information, communicating with suppliers and customers, and contributing to the financial success of the company.
Consumables Operations Co-ordinator Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, create quotations, and manage customer queries
- Maintain and analyze sales data to forecast future sales and report to senior managers
- Communicate with suppliers to place purchase orders and arrange importation of products
- Use SAGE for order processing, invoicing, and running stock reports
- Support account managers with sales information and administrative tasks
Consumables Operations Co-ordinator Key Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an office administration role
- Excellent mathematical skills and error-free written communication
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook (SAGE experience advantageous but not essential)
- Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am- 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Yate with free onsite parking. Office-based during induction and training. After training, Tuesday-Thursday are mandatory office days with Monday and Friday optional work from home.
