About The Role
As the Contracts Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining customer contract information and carrying out administrative processes for order fulfilment of bespoke tracking and traceability systems. This varied role includes managing service level agreements and contributing directly to the company's financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Update and maintain customer contract information in Excel spreadsheets
- Financial Administration: Produce SLA quotations, forecasting reports, and sales invoices
- Order Processing: Manage the complete administrative cycle for IT hardware orders
- System Administration: Process computer system audits, validation certificates, and software upgrade documentation
- Customer Service: Handle customer queries and manage SLA contract renewals
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an office administration role
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Advanced Excel skills - formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- Error-free written communication
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Well-organized with ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated team player who can also work independently

Working Arrangements
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am- 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Location: Modern office in Yate (free onsite parking) with hybrid working available after training
- Flexible Working: Office-based Tuesday-Thursday with optional remote working on Monday and Friday
