Role Overview:
This is a key administrative support role within the investment management team. The successful candidate will work closely with a group of highly successful Investment Managers, becoming a vital point of contact for clients and ensuring the smooth delivery of service. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Investment Managers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a consistent point of contact
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
- Prepare client meeting packs, valuations, and documentation
- Assist with the preparation of new business pitches and presentations
- Support transactions such as cash transfers, FX trades, and balance monitoring
- Proactively manage pipelines, new account setup, and AML documentation
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure operational support (e.g., transfers, corporate actions, static data changes)
- Promote the use of digital tools and portals among clients
- Identify and report risks, breaches, or operational issues
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial services, ideally in an investment or wealth management setting
- Strong client service ethos with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using judgment and initiative in a professional setting
