- Provide PA support to a team of investment professionals, including diary and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and preparation of presentations and marketing materials
- Maintain CRM records and manage NDAs
- Act as the main point of contact for the Bristol office, overseeing daily operations, managing supplies, post, enquiries etc.
- Support onboarding for new joiners, manage HR documentation, and ensure health & safety and business continuity policies are up to date
- Organise internal and external events, catering, IT support etc.
- Experience in a similar PA/Office Manager role, ideally within Financial Services
- Strong diary management & travel coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on approach and confident front-of-house manner
