Butler Rose is proud to be partnering with a highly respected and well-established premium interiors brand, as they look to appoint a talented and commercially driven Regional Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a dynamic and growing business with a reputation for excellence, craftsmanship, and innovation.

In this key field-based role, you'll be responsible for achieving regional sales and margin targets, while building strong, lasting relationships with both existing and prospective retail partners. Working closely with the UK Sales Director and wider team, you'll actively manage your designated territory and play a pivotal part in driving strategic growth across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the UK Sales Director to implement regional sales strategies aligned with national commercial objectives.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to enhance brand presence and maximise floor space in-store.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales channels across the region.
  • Deliver engaging and informative product training to retail staff both on-site and during visits to the company's Devon-based training facility.
  • Provide regular insights through sales analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and areas requiring support.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and share timely feedback on customer needs and market trends.
  • Work with internal teams including Customer Service and Training to resolve issues, identify patterns, and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Stay abreast of competitor activity, pricing, and promotional tactics to inform sales strategy.
  • Participate in UK-based training and customer events, with occasional overseas travel as required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Delivery of sales and margin targets in line with the agreed budget.
  • Consistent pipeline development and conversion of new business opportunities.
  • Successful execution of customer training sessions and regional events.

Travel & Work Environment

  • This is a highly mobile role with at least 80% of time spent in the field - strong organisational and journey planning skills are essential.
  • Regular travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
  • Occasional visits to the London flagship store, Chelsea office, and the company's Devon site will be required.
  • Overseas travel and trade show attendance may be necessary on occasion.
  • One day per week allocated to administrative tasks, which can be completed remotely.
