A client in North Somerset is seeking an Asset & Facilities Manager for their Business Services team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate should have experience working within a local authority in asset and facilities management, along with a relevant building services qualification or equivalent experience.
Key responsibilities include strategic procurement, budget management, compliance oversight, and managing non-domestic assets like offices and community hubs.
The position offers a salary of £47,355 per annum and requires proven experience in managing service contracts and facilities projects.
Candidates with additional qualifications such as NEBOSH or experience in the housing sector will find the role beneficial.

A client within the Public Sector based in North Somerset is currently recruiting for an Asset & Facilities Manage to join their Business Services team as soon as possible.
