On offer is a Building Services Manager / Facilities Manager position where you will be responsible for leading all aspects of their commercial portfolio, working on large scale facilities management, lease management, asset management, health and safety and more.
This role would suit someone with Building Services experience and an understanding of Asset Management, looking for the opportunity to showcase their skillset working with a forward thinking employer that have a great reputation for looking after their staff.
The Role:
*Facilities / Building Services Management of a Portfolio of Commercial Sites.
*Asset Management / Budget Management
*Working across the Bristol / North Somerset Area with travel within the patch
The Person:
*From a Building Services / Facilities Management background with knowledge of asset management process
*Previous experience leading large-scale facilities projects
*Full UK Drivers License
