The Job....
Working as a Chef De Partie - part of a team in and supporting the Sous & Head Chef in daily operations ensuring smooth service is delivered through out the Restaurant / Conference & Banqueting/ functions and weddings.
This is a temporary Chef de Partie on going position - straight shifts
The Person...
As a Chef De Partie you will need to have come from a Hotel / event catering background Ideally you have worked previously in a busy high pressured operation and be eager to give that extra mile.
You need to have a passion for food with a creative flair, and the drive to exceed to all customer expectations.
Previous experience within this role at this level isessential
- Rosetted Restaurant knowledge would be preferable
- Hotel previous employment (min 2yrs) is essential with banqueting experience
- Ability to both self motivate and motivate others
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to coach new staff when required
- Ability to meet & increase profit margins, exceeding current targets
