A fantastic opportunity to join dining pub business, offering menus inspired by local producers and suppliers.
The Sous Chef will assist in the overall running of the kitchen & team, supporting the Head Chef in creating and delivering high quality seasonal and locally sourced food. The Sous Chef will facilitate a progressive working culture for the team and help ensure guests have an exciting food experience.
The role will also involve leading and developing a new team, and liaising with the front of house.
