As Head Chef, youll be the driving force in the kitchen. Youll lead a talented team, deliver consistently high-quality dishes and set the standard for everything that leaves the pass. Youll shape the kitchen culture, inspire your team and keep every service smooth, efficient and fun.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team
- Overseeing prep, service, ordering and stock management
- Maintaining top standards of quality, flavour and presentation
- Working closely with the management team to keep service seamless
- Inspiring creativity, teamwork and continuous improvement

- Experienced Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready for the step up
