Role: Head Chef
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £50k - £55k
We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead a multi operational food concept, covering Restaurant, Events, Conference, Banqueting, Retail.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills and strong experience of leading a large kitchen operation.
The role:
- Manage all aspects of a large multi faceted kitchen operation.
- Lead and communicate to a large team, demonstrating team work, growth and development.
- Drive the delivery of high standards within the operation from food presentation, food quality, cleanliness and food safety.
- Be knowledgeable across all financial controls.
The Candidate:
We are seeking a great leader and communicator with strong experience of leading large kitchen operations.
Hotel or a multi operational venue experience considered.
Passion for everything food and delivering an exceptional experience to customers.
Excellent organisational skills.
