Were working with a stylish, independent restaurant brand known for its bold flavours, premium ingredients, and high-energy dining atmosphere. Following the success of their first site, they have launched in the heart of Bristol and are now seeking a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the day-to-day running of a busy fresh-food kitchen, leading a strong brigade and delivering consistent quality to brand standards. The position is designed to develop into a Roving or Group Head Chef role as the brand continues to expand in 2026

- £40,000 to £45,000 per annum plus service charge

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing kitchen team
- Overseeing prep, service, ordering and stock control
- Maintaining excellent standards of quality, consistency and presentation
- Thriving in a busy, fast-paced, fresh food kitchen
- Working closely with senior management as the business grows
- An experienced Head Chef, or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
- From a fresh food background and comfortable in high-volume kitchens
- Ideally from an AA Rosette background, though this is not essential
- A confident, organised leader who leads by example
- Someone who holds a full driving licence, with the flexibility to develop into a roving or group role
