Key Responsibilities

• Deliver civil engineering designs with a focus on residential developments

• Manage client relationships and demonstrate commercial awareness

• Knowledge of Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104

• Take a hands-on role in design and project delivery

• Support the Regional Director in developing and mentoring a growing team

• Lead projects from concept through to completion

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years experience in UK design consultancy

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes or equivalent software

• Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills

• Confident working directly with clients and managing multiple projects

• Eager to contribute to the development of a new regional team
