Project Manager - (Maritime & Aerospace)

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge embedded systems projects across maritime and aerospace communication and surveillance technologies.
This is a key role within a growing, agile tech company developing next-generation situational awareness and maritime systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle delivery of embedded systems projects in communication and surveillance domains
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, firmware, electronics, systems)
  • Ensure successful project execution across planning, delivery, risk, and stakeholder management
  • Act as the link between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive efficiency and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing embedded systems or technical engineering projects
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Background in maritime, aerospace, or defence communication/surveillance systems
  • Excellent communicator with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience delivering in Agile or hybrid environments
