Customer Services Manager

32,000 to 35,000 per annum, Permanent, Full-time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, Flexible start and Finish times, BS15 Kingswood Bristol, Pension, Bonus, Free Lunch, Parking and Holidays

Our client are a leading manufacturing business, with a solid customer base and due to ongoing growth they are currently seeking a customer services manager to join their business. Working as part of a small team, this is a hands on role where you will be working with and leading a team to deliver excellent results and grow as the business grows. Duties will include:

  • Leading the customer services team to deliver exceptional customer services to clients
  • Oversee all aspects of customer services operations
  • Drive continuous improvements within the department
  • Ensuring that customer services standards are upheld, including setting KPIs and ensuring they are met and process's within the team are upheld
  • Monitoring and reviewing performance
  • General department reporting for senior management
  • Managing escalated customer queries and resolving

The successful customer services manager will have:

  • Team Leadership / hands on management experience in supporting, leading, developing and being a mentor to a customer services team
  • Customer services excellence focused
  • Experienced in performance monitoring
  • Process improvement experienced
  • E-commerce platforms experience would be beneficial
  • Holding ERP and CRM systems user experience
