£65-70K plus car or car allowance

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts looking for a an exciting and challenging role with a growing well established specialist installation company?

This a senior level role, reporting into the Operations Director, with scope for further progression as the company expands. Salary and package are also expected to increase after 6-12 months.

The role would suit an experienced Commercial Manager or a Senior QS looking to move into the role.

The role

1. Full time, permanent role with a specialist installation company. Bristol based with travel.
2. Management of a small team of Quantity Surveyors,
3. Negotiate contract conditions with clients
4. Ensure projects are being run as efficiently as possible

The Person

1. Academic/working background in construction management
2. Working experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS role
3. Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
4. Experience in principal contractor management
5. Willing to travel
