Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting the creation of engaging training materials, including video tutorials and interactive e-learning content.
- Helping to maintain the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure content is accessible and well-organized.
- Responding to basic IT training queries, providing clear and helpful guidance to colleagues.
- Keeping training materials updated and user-friendly to improve employee engagement.
- Learning how to use tools such as Microsoft Sway, SnagIt, Camtasia, and Articulate Storyline 360 to develop training resources.
- Contributing to firm-wide digital learning initiatives, supporting technology adoption across teams.
What You Need to Succeed:
