Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an established and successful umbrella services organisation, with the appointment of a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding and sociable team.

The company have just moved into brand new, modern offices in Central Bristol, offering a roof terrace, gym facilities and onsite café, just minutes from Bristol Temple Meads.

You’ll be part of a busy and supportive team, acting as a first point of contact for incoming queries. While some aspects of the role relate to payroll and pensions, the main focus is on providing excellent customer service across calls, emails, and webchat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and making a high volume of calls each week, helping clients and workers with questions, mainly related to payroll and pension matters.
  • Providing accurate and friendly assistance via email and live chat.
  • Maintaining detailed records and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
  • Assisting with data entry tasks related to timesheets, invoices, and expense claims.
  • Supporting payroll operations and helping users understand deductions, payslips, and pension contributions.

Key Skills:

  • 1-2 years within a call centre or customer service based, office position.
  • Good numeracy skills and Microsoft Office knowledge (e.g. Excel).
  • A professional telephone manner and confidence building excellent customer relationships.
