We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Senior Service Consultant to join the conveyancing services team at a leading PropTech business. The Senior Servive Consultant will be the link between customers, intermediaries, and solicitors—delivering timely updates, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Senior Servive Consulant will work independently with the support of the Team Manager, playing a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor introducer instructions and ensure actions are completed within SLAs

  • Handle customer and intermediary queries with clarity and accuracy

  • Liaise with solicitors and keep records updated in the portal

  • Manage minor complaints and escalate when needed

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails

  • Manage personal workload, reports, and performance targets

About YouYou may come from a background in sales progression, lettings, mortgage broking, or telephone-based customer service. You’re organised, resilient, and able to communicate complex processes clearly.

We’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of the conveyancing/mortgage process (a plus)

  • Strong IT and CRM skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Confidence to work both independently and in a team

  • A proactive and customer-first approach
