We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Senior Service Consultant to join the conveyancing services team at a leading PropTech business. The Senior Servive Consultant will be the link between customers, intermediaries, and solicitors—delivering timely updates, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Senior Servive Consulant will work independently with the support of the Team Manager, playing a key role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor introducer instructions and ensure actions are completed within SLAs

Handle customer and intermediary queries with clarity and accuracy

Liaise with solicitors and keep records updated in the portal

Manage minor complaints and escalate when needed

Respond to inbound calls and emails

Manage personal workload, reports, and performance targets
About YouYou may come from a background in sales progression, lettings, mortgage broking, or telephone-based customer service. You’re organised, resilient, and able to communicate complex processes clearly.
We’re looking for:

Knowledge of the conveyancing/mortgage process (a plus)
