Deputy Facilities Manager
Are you an experienced facilities professional with strong technical knowledge? Are you dedicated to delivering exceptional service standards across educational sites? If so, Signature Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for you to join our client as a Deputy Facilities Manager .

Deputy Facilities Manager Key Responsibilities:
Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring services comply with the Service Agreement
Manage Premises Managers and Maintenance Supervisor in day-to-day operations
Oversee hard services, including mechanical and electrical maintenance, equipment testing, and asset management
Ensure compliance with health and safety and fire regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customer departments
Ensure planned preventive maintenance and lifecycle programmes meet contract specifications
Deputy Facilities Manager Key Skills:
Experience in facilities management with team leadership
Knowledge of building maintenance and M&E services
Strong client relationship and organizational skills
Proactive and capable of managing multiple projects
IT proficient with Microsoft Office
Understanding of financial and contract management
Full UK Driving Licence & own transport
Desirable Qualifications:
ILM Level 3 First Line Management or equivalent
IOSH Managing Safety
CDM regulations in Facilities Management

This is a full time, permanent position (37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday, flexible between 8am-6pm)
