Document Controller – Full time, Permanent – NR9

Contract Personnel are delighted to be recruiting for a market leader in the engineering space for a Document Controller to join their growing team. 

The ideal candidate will be accountable for offering project assistance in managing document control tasks. Operating within a small team dynamic, in a high-energy setting, where meticulous attention to detail and customer-centricity are paramount. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal abilities, self-motivation, and a capacity to work effectively with autonomy and initiative as a Document Controller.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Project Documentation, in accordance with the Specifications provided by clients.
  • Being able to understand and utilize various web-based customer document submission systems.
  • Control, Monitoring & Recording of the submittals & returns of the Project
  • Documentation to enable easy access & production of Progress Reports by the Project Engineers.
  • Reviewing & compilation of the Final Project Documentation requirements in accordance with the Specifications provided by our clients.
  • Revision of Commented Technical Documentation from our clients, whilst working closely with the Project Engineers to gain understanding of our products to enable the above.
  • Liaising with customers and shipping agents in respect of document transfer.
  • Preparation of Completion Milestones upon submittal & client approval of the Project Documentation to enable the correct invoicing of the project payment terms and submission of milestone invoices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proven experience in document control or related administrative roles
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Monday to Friday

09:00am – 5:30pm
