About the Role

Are you a dedicated and experienced carer or senior carer looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Care Leader to join our compassionate team in a residential care home that specialises in providing high-quality support for elderly individuals, including those living with dementia.

In this role, you'll lead a small team to deliver person-centred care, helping residents maintain dignity, independence, and comfort. You'll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure care plans are effectively implemented and regularly reviewed, while supporting and developing your team to deliver the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of carers to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care

  • Monitor and assess residents' needs, updating care plans accordingly

  • Support training and development of care staff

  • Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Ensure compliance with care standards and safeguarding regulations

  • Promote resident wellbeing, independence, and quality of life

About the Home

The care home is a 70-bed residential service providing 24-hour care and support for older adults, including those with dementia. The home offers a safe, welcoming, and person-centred environment where residents are encouraged to live fulfilling lives with the right balance of independence and support.
