They are looking for someone who can bring calm, confident HR support to their operational teams - particularly around casework, coaching, and policy guidance.What you'll be doing:You'll join a friendly and collaborative HR team, acting as a trusted advisor to managers across care, housing and support services. Your focus will be on supporting a range of employee relations matters and enabling managers to handle them effectively and empathetically.Key responsibilities include:Managing and advising on employee relations cases (absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance).Coaching managers through HR processes to ensure fair, consistent outcomes.Supporting investigations and attending formal meetings as note-taker.Providing guidance on employment law, HR policies and best practice.Contributing to a positive, inclusive and values-driven workplace culture.What you'll bring:We're looking for someone who has already built up solid experience in a generalist or advisory HR role and who is confident handling ER casework independently.You'll need:Proven experience in an HR Advisory/generalist role.Strong knowledge of UK employment law.A calm, professional, and people-focused approach.Ability to influence and coach managers at all levels.CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) or equivalent practical experience.Experience within a regulated or care environment would be a bonus, but it's not essential.What's on offer:This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, purpose-led organisation where your HR expertise will be truly valued.
