Your new companyYou will be working for a public sector organisation based in North Bristol.Your new roleYou will be leading and supporting a team of PAs as the EA to the CEO and Chair of this organisation. Duties are as follows:

  • Provide executive support to the Chief Executive and Chair.
  • Manage diaries, travel, inboxes, and meeting arrangements
  • Supervise personal assistants within the Chief Executive's office
  • Ensure the CE is fully prepared with briefings and materials
  • Handle internal and external enquiries professionally and discreetly
  • Support meetings with agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Contribute to projects and improve administrative systems

What you'll need to succeedThe key to this role is to have a passion for leadership, working as part of a team, and proactive assessment of the team's priorities and actions. Other requirements are as follows:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably C-Suite.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong judgement, initiative, and attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate a small team and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hybrid working tools
  • (Desirable) Experience with complex stakeholders or project work
